These terms cover your use of Circuit Facts™, a technology platform by Pearl & Healer LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What Circuit Facts does
Circuit Facts helps you organize your housing records, check landlord fees against North Carolina statutes, and create documents you can use in pre-filing mediation.
Not legal advice
Circuit Facts™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or represent you in court. Statute checks and rent abatement estimates are planning estimates. Only a court can decide what is enforceable.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide true information and to review the documents the app creates before you share them. You are responsible for how you use them.
Payments
Some features, such as the certified packet export, require a one-time payment of $19. The price is always shown before you pay.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl & Healer LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
